Terms & Conditions of phjoy98

To register and maintain an account on phjoy98, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phjoy98 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoy98 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

phjoy98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoy98 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phjoy98 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

phjoy98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any applicable inactivity fees as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule.

In the event of a dispute between you and phjoy98, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. phjoy98 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above processes.
